Are Millennials Zombies? Not if You Have a Solid Talent Management Strategy

zombie, millennials, talent management

Halloween is a time for spooky stories and urban legends, and there might be no larger story that strikes fear into the heart of managers and HR professionals like the story of the zombie millennial. Sluggish, mindless young professionals, shuffling through the office, the glare of their smartphone screen casting an unnatural pallor on their face.

“Promotionnnnnnn,” they moan, as they shamble by your office. “Give me a promotion!”

It’s enough to make a manager dive under their bedcovers. But don’t be afraid; like most ghost stories, the story of the zombie millennial isn’t true.

Don’t believe me?
