Charles S. Jones

Chairman of the Board and CEO
 

Charles S. Jones, who has spent much of his career as an operating executive for a wide range of large public international companies and small growth-driven private companies, has a reputation for innovation and customer-centric growth strategies. He has a proven and highly successful track record in integrating software companies, identifying key inflection points of differentiation and unleashing the inherent value to the market.

Under the leadership of Mr. Jones, PeopleFluent experienced significant growth both organically and through acquisition, integration, and business partnership strategies. The company also brought numerous innovative products to market, receiving many awards and accolades including PeopleFluent Mobile Applications being selected for the coveted "Awesome New Technologies" spot at the HR Technology® Conference & Exposition, winning the HR technology industry's Integrated Talent Management Shootout at the 13th Annual HR Technology Conference & Exposition, and named a finalist in the Cloud Computing/Software-as-a-Service Category in the Eighth Annual American Technology Awards.

Before joining PeopleFluent and becoming Managing Partner of Bedford Funding, Mr. Jones was Chairman and then CEO of Markham, Ontario-based Geac Computer Corporation, a Toronto Stock Exchange listed software company with annual revenues approaching U.S. $500 million. During Mr. Jones's tenure, he transformed the Geac business with two large public-company acquisitions and built an innovative and market-leading business intelligence software enterprise focused on the financial value chain. Geac received the highest ratings among all competitive offerings in Ventana Research's 2005 Performance Management Vendor and Product Scorecard. On October 1, 2001, the Wall Street Journal named Geac the number one performing global stock. In 2004, Mr. Jones was named on the top 10 list of CEOs in Canada and, in 2005, was recognized on the top 25 list of CEOs in Canada by Canada's National Post newspaper.

Jeff Basile

Chief Financial Officer
 

Jeff Basile serves as Chief Financial Officer for PeopleFluent. In his role as CFO, Basile oversees the company’s worldwide operations of accounting, financial planning, reporting, treasury, and legal matters.  His focus is on delivering profitable business results across the organization ensuring a high level of transparency. Mr. Basile has been with PeopleFluent for nearly four years and in that time has been an integral part in our continued year-over-year growth and success.

He is a licensed CPA and revenue recognition expert for software licenses, software as a service (SAAS), and professional services. Mr. Basile has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions as well as a strong background in fund-raising, business modeling and SEC financial reporting. Other skillsets include ERP/CRM system implementations and international business and subsidiary management.

He has also held senior financial roles in high-growth companies including Starent Networks and Bay Networks and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Mr. Basile holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Marquette University.

Courtney Harkins

Chief Customer Officer
 

Courtney Harkins manages the Global Services, Support, and Customer Success organizations, ensuring that the company is strategically aligned to help customers optimize their current investments with PeopleFluent Talent Management innovations and industry best practices. Her introduction to the PeopleFluent team began in 2012 where she served as the Director of Customer Support for two years and led tremendous success in a unified product and services strategy. Ms. Harkins’ success continued to grow, as she was promoted to the VP of Professional Services and Support, where she steadily increased customer satisfaction and has been a significant contributor to PeopleFluent’s tremendously successful unified product and services strategy.

Prior to PeopleFluent, Ms. Harkins served as Ceridian Corporation’s VP of Client Services where she led North American HR Outsourcing SaaS services to over $500 million in annual revenue. Ms. Harkins has also held managerial roles at Affiliated Computer Services where she headed the new business acquisition process resulting in contracts with several Fortune 500 companies. Early on in her career, Ms. Harkins spent six years at Sitel Corporation (formally ClientLogic), where she was accountable for over 600 representatives providing customer service and technical support for a variety of organizations. Ms. Harkins graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Arts and Science.

Ronnie Thomson

Senior Vice President, Engineering
 

Mr. Thomson is responsible for managing worldwide software engineering, architecture, quality and hosted operations for PeopleFluent’s Talent Acquisition and Talent Management solutions.  His proven leadership in building and managing global development teams, his product and platform design track record in the HCM arena and his customer-focused dedication to product quality are considerable assets as PeopleFluent continues to focus on market-driven innovation initiatives.  In addition to supporting the success of existing customer environments, Mr. Thomson is dedicated to further enabling mobile, social and collaborative capabilities across the integrated Talent Management suite through both enhancement and expansion initiatives.

Mr. Thomson has spent more than half his career in the Human Capital Management sector. For nearly a decade, he served as Vice President of Engineering for Centra Software (acquired by Saba), which delivered online classroom, collaboration, and web conferencing solutions for the learning management space. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President for Quark, Inc., where he managed a portfolio of 15 different products across four global product development centers, implementing a single-suite schedule, launching a new SaaS offering, and developing a cloud-based product strategy for new product launches. In addition to working at Quark and Centra Software, Mr. Thomson was the director of Research and Development at Avaya Communications, and held engineering and architecture roles at Cadre Technologies.

Juan Albelo

Senior Vice President, Sales
 

Juan Albelo is responsible for managing PeopleFluent's sales teams, including account management and sales support, and formulating sales strategies across all of PeopleFluent’s solutions. With extensive experience in growing international markets, Mr. Albelo plays a pivotal role in PeopleFluent’s continued expansion into Latin America and EMEA.

Mr. Albelo has spent his entire career in the human capital management space, having previously held executive roles at PeopleSoft, Oracle, SuccessFactors, SunGard and SAP AG, where he served as Area Vice President of North American Human Capital Management Sales. In this position he held a nine figure sales quota and displayed exceptional management and leadership skills, overseeing an extremely productive 200 person team. He was promoted into this position after leading SAP’s Latin American HCM business to consecutive years of over 200 percent growth as area vice president and general manager. With 20 years of sales and marketing experience for both products and services, technical expertise in HCM systems and a remarkable track record of quarterly and yearly accomplishments in every role, Mr. Albelo is perfectly suited to develop and implement PeopleFluent’s sales strategy and grow a tremendously productive sales organization. Mr. Albelo earned a BSEE, MSIE, and MBA, Engineering and Business from the University of Miami.

Alys Reynders Scott

Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President, Marketing Communications
 

Alys Scott is responsible for PeopleFluent's corporate communications strategy. Ms. Scott brings more than 20 years of experience from the corporate communications, marketing, investor relations and public relations disciplines. Most of her career has been in the software industry, with time spent on both the corporate and consulting agency sides focused on corporate growth strategies, acquisitions, public market entries, and the articulation of market differentiation and corporate strategy to a wide range of constituencies.

Before joining PeopleFluent, Ms. Scott was Vice President of Corporate Communications for Geac, a global performance management solutions provider, where she worked with financial and industry analysts, business and trade media, customers and partners, and internal audiences to set communications direction during turnaround and acquisition phases.

Prior to joining Geac, Ms. Scott was General Manager of Miller Consulting Group, a leading technology communications consultancy in Boston. She also worked in different management, marketing and communications capacities at International Data Group, Shandwick Public Relations, where Charles Jones was the global Chief Operating Officer, and Entex Information Systems. She began her career in New York working in advertising at Wells, Rich, Greene and Young and Rubicam.

Eileen Adler

Chief Human Resources Officer
 

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Eileen Adler leads PeopleFluent’s human resources team, where she is responsible for driving high-impact HR programs that maximize employee potential, build engagement and facilitate growth.

Ms. Adler has a successful track record of developing strategies and plans to enhance staff performance, build engagement and deliver on rapidly changing organizational needs at leading organizations such as Sun Life Financial and Boston Scientific where she has held senior roles in HR.

Prior to joining PeopleFluent, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer for ikaSystems, a private equity SaaS firm. At ikaSystems, Ms. Adler led transformational growth, strategic alignment and all human capital initiatives. Eileen holds a Bachelor and Master of Science from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Randy Jesberg

Senior Vice President and General Manager, Workforce Compliance and Diversity Solutions
 

Randy Jesberg has more than 22 years of extensive expertise in business development, international expansion and channel partnerships. As head of Workforce Compliance and Diversity Solutions, Mr. Jesberg is responsible for sales, implementation, support and development of diversity planning and compliance solutions that minimize risk and exposure for PeopleFluent’s clients. His division is focused on providing research, consulting and software solutions that help customers build best practices for diverse and balanced workforces to meet appropriate and regulatory guidelines. Mr. Jesberg’s market knowledge and exposure to key regulatory compliance issues are tremendous assets to our customer base.

Prior to joining PeopleFluent, Mr. Jesberg served as General Manager and Executive Vice President of Global Business Development at Trintech Group, a leading global provider of enterprise software, consulting and outsourced services for transaction reconciliation, workflow management and regulatory compliance. While there, he led the rapid expansion of the business into new international markets by establishing direct sales/delivery teams and revenue-generating channel partnerships. Randy also served as Vice President, Enterprise Resource Planning product line at AutoTester, Inc., a leading automated software test tool company designed to help customers worldwide with e-business, SAP R/3, ERP, and Windows software quality initiatives.

Stephen Bruce

Senior Vice President, Commercial Affairs
 

Stephen Bruce is responsible for aligning PeopleFluent’s internal organizations to coordinate commercial activities, specifically strategy and execution of our selling strategies, promotion, and messaging.  This includes expanding the value added services offered through the PeopleFluent Research Institute (PRI). The Senior Vice President of Commercial Affairs (SVPCA) effectively supports the sales teams by working cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and the global services and support organizations.  This position ensures that the value delivered across all of PeopleFluent’s innovative solutions and services continues to advance the PeopleFluent brand and create the best possible customer experiences.

Stephen’s deep understanding of industry best practices, combined with his knowledge of our products and the human capital management market, provide significant subject matter expertise and thought leadership in the future innovation of our product offerings, sales strategies and the messaging to our target markets.  Combined with his core strengths around organizational development, project and knowledge of our internal processes, Stephen provides great value in this role and a powerful knowledge-base for our teams.

Mr. Bruce has been a Human Resources practitioner and executive for more than twenty years, driving HR strategy and initiatives for large international public companies, including CDC Software Inc., Infor Global Solutions, Ecredit, Inc., and Geac Computer Corporation.  He has served as PeopleFluent’s Senior Vice President of Human Resources, not only managing the entire HR organization and integrating acquisitions and new talent at a rapid pace, but also strategically influencing the evolution of our Talent Management solutions suite with meaningful contributions to product direction, acquisition strategy and priority.  

Jenna Swaim

Vice President
 
Jenna Swaim drives PeopleFluent’s talent management practices to energize a diverse, high-performing, and unified culture, while leading the delivery of organizational management and HR services across the entire company.

Ms. Swaim has extensive experience leading HR and Finance functions in numerous leadership positions, including  strategic business partner roles for corporate divisions and executive management, Recruiting, Compensation, and Learning & Organizational Development.  Prior to joining PeopleFluent, she was the Director of Human Resources at OneBeacon and a consultant at Aeris Partners.  In these roles, she developed a specific expertise in organizational planning and the design of HR programs and operations to support strategic objectives.  Earlier in her career, she worked in investment banking roles in Morgan Stanley’s Technology Group and Goldman Sachs.  Jenna has a B.A. from Yale University and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
