PeopleFluent Recognized as Overall Leader for Compensation Solution’s Strength, Depth and Flexibility in Ventana Research 2016 Total Compensation Management Value Index

Company Leads All Vendors in Manageability of Compensation Product

WALTHAM, Mass. December 14, 2016PeopleFluent®, a leading human capital management technology company, today announced the company has been recognized as an Overall Leader for its Compensation solution’s strength, depth and flexibility in Ventana Research’s 2016 Total Compensation Management Value Index report. This report is the only quantified, research-based index evaluating compensation technology vendors and products.

Ventana Research evaluated nine vendor products in seven evaluation categories, five that evaluate the products' ability to support the breadth and depth of compensation processes and two that address vendor validation and total cost of ownership/return on investment. PeopleFluent is highlighted in the report for consistently improving its application across all areas since the 2014 version of the report in which PeopleFluent was also rated a Leader.

PeopleFluent led all vendors in manageability of its Compensation product and scored in the top three in all remaining categories including Usability, Reliability, Adaptability, Capability, Validation, and TCO/ROI. Embedded business intelligence, video and analytics guide managers as they make discretionary decisions to effectively communicate rewards to attract, retain, engage and motivate employees.

The Total Compensation Management Value Index reports that an investment in total compensation management software is a strategic step toward advancing human capital management. It cites that almost three-fourths (72%) of organizations said that it is important or very important to have a total compensation management system.
