In mid-April, close to 350 global HR professionals will convene in Florida for WISDOM, our annual customer event. Over the course of four days, they will listen to business luminaries, learn from peers and pundits, and lead interactive sessions. WISDOM will essentially enable them to “power the possible” within their organizations long after they leave.

Join us this year at WISDOM for these opportunities to listen, learn, and lead:

Our event this year includes three engaging keynote presenters; one from the tech world, one from the world of sports, and one from the ranks of leadership development and organizational transformation. It’s an eclectic trio who are guaranteed to leave the audience inspired and motivated.

03.02 blog 2John Sculley is considered a global expert on technology, innovation and marketing. He is credited with the "Pepsi Challenge,” as well as some of the most innovative years of Apple’s history as CEO. He serves on 15 different boards, including his role as Chairman at PeopleTicker. He has recently published a book on game-changing strategies for transforming businesses entitled Moonshot. In his book, John has identified four game-changing technologies of today - cloud computing, wireless sensors, Big Data and mobile devices.

In his presentation, John will talk about the impact of these game-changing technologies in "The New American Workforce.” Today, nearly 25 percent of US workforce is made up of independent contractors and forecasted to be 40 percent of the US workforce by 2020.  As enterprises are adapting to project based work, they need new technologies to enable workers to collaborate, as well as analytics to help the organization maximize its labor spend.

03.02 blog 3From the world of sports, we have Roy Firestone, Sports Commentator & Journalist. He is considered “the best interviewer in sports”, by Sports Illustrated...and “the best interviewer, period” by the late Pulitzer Prize winning columnist Jim Murray. He’s won seven prestigious Emmy® Awards spinning his own brand of magic with more than 5,000 men and women from the worlds of art, politics, and popular entertainment.

03.02 blog 4Our final keynote speaker is Alan Foster, a Principal at ghSMART. Alan co-authored the Wall Street Journal bestselling book, Power Score – Your formula for leadership success and he leads ghSMART’s executive learning practice. Audience members will learn how to calculate their team’s Power Score, and how to improve each of the three, key areas of leadership.

WISDOM attendees will learn actionable and measurable ways to unlock the power of their talent and drive business results. New learning-oriented features to this year’s event include our Healthcare Executive Summit. The Summit will bring together healthcare customers to network, collaborate, and discuss how healthcare talent leaders are meeting the challenging business issues impacting their talent strategies today.

We also have invited Jason Wolf of The Beryl Institute, a global community of practice dedicated to improving the patient experience through collaboration and shared knowledge. The Summit will feature thought-provoking sessions including “Improve the Patient Experience with Effective Talent Strategies” and a workshop focused on “Strategies to Become Employer of Choice.”

Customers will also receive deep product training and product roadmaps as part of their learning experience from our product management gurus.

Lastly, industry analysts from IDC, Ventana Research and Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) will be sharing their perspectives in engaging forums designed to maximize collaboration.

Over the course of the conference, customers will lead more than 18 in-depth presentations outlining their “journey” with their PeopleFluent solution. They will offer their peers innovative approaches to solving critical business issues and trends such as reducing recruiting cycle-times, ensuring diversity and inclusion, compensation and workforce compliance, pay for performance, annual performance reviews, to name a few. We also will offer a variety of highly interactive guided networking sessions for attendees to choose from. With your newly acquired knowledge, you will leave WISDOM ready to lead your organization into the future.

This year’s event is shaping up to be one of our best. Be a part of the excitement while you listen, learn and lead - register to attend WISDOM 2016!
