The functionality allows administrators to quickly identify where conflicts in the compensation philosophy lie, review details, take action or guide managers to the appropriate resolution. Additionally these new enhancements allow administrators to detail out the flow of funds by different data elements and review the overall progress of the rewards cycle.
  • Real-Time Performance Ratings Integration with Compensation: This new feature allows compensation management to take performance-rating changes, or any changes related to performance appraisals as they happen. This allows for tighter integration within the talent management suite, while decreasing the time spent on performance reviews and compensation reward cycles.
