PeopleFluent Announces Strategic Enhancements to Workforce Compliance Solutions

New Updates and Capabilities Help Customers Comply With Federal Regulations

Waltham, MA – June 30, 2015 PeopleFluent®, a leading cloud provider of social human capital management technology, today announced key enhancements and new reporting and analysis capabilities to its Workforce Compliance products in accordance with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulations. The updates enhance AAPlanner, which helps HR departments efficiently develop Affirmative Action Plans, and CAAMS®, which delivers a comprehensive view of an organization’s workforce compliance and provides dashboards with dynamic reporting and actionable outputs.

Changes in federal regulations make it imperative to have a solution in place that can manage and centralize information for proper reporting. As organizations face increased pressures due to rigorous OFCCP audits, PeopleFluent is committed to providing solutions to help navigate complex compliance issues – and the added capabilities to AAPlanner and CAAMS reflect that. The products’ enhanced functionality reduces the burden associated with reporting and analysis so managers can focus their attention on using talent management data to drive value.

“These enhancements demonstrate PeopleFluent’s commitment to helping organizations comply with the new audit submission requirements. Our solutions address the evolving needs of the contractor community, while enabling high-performance, inclusive work environments,” said Alex Gonzalez, product manager for PeopleFluent. “Organizations are challenged with an increasingly complex compliance environment. The ability to be proactive and prepared in advance of an OFCCP compliance audit provides our customers added time to invest in other critical areas of their Equal Opportunity programs.”

Updates to AAPlanner include Item #19 reporting and analysis capabilities required by the OFCCP. In addition, the new features allow users to select multiple grouping variables, providing the advantage of calculating differences in compensation, which allows organizations to flag potential areas of concern in advance of an OFCCP audit. Furthermore, users can now leverage greater flexibility in generating reports for veterans and individuals with disabilities.

PeopleFluent’s automated Affirmative Action software, CAAMS, has been updated to comply with the new reporting requirements for VETS-4212 and Item #19. In addition to these enhancements, the software delivers an updated narrative functionality, providing a simpler and easier process to generate multiple narratives at once, text changes to the narrative templates, and a revised and simplified user interface.

The updates for PeopleFluent’s CAAMS and AAPlanner are now available. For more information on PeopleFluent’s Workforce Compliance and Diversity Solutions, please visit our website.
