Key highlights to the updated Performance Management software include:
- Calibration Enhancements – These enhancement give administrators and calibration session owners the ability to assign facilitators to sessions. Once assigned, facilitators can see and report on sessions they've been assigned to, and modify session details. The ratings history enhancement also allows calibration session users to view previous calibration ratings of employees in the session to give historical context. A notes button enhancement also provides a different look to the button when notes are already in place.
- Assessed In Fields / Columns added to Calibration SmartGrid – A new set of “assessed in” fields allows calibration session users to identify employees from specific evaluation processes for session selection and reporting purposes.
- Forms Usability and User Interface Enhancements – Functional improvements and user interface enhancements are aimed at improving engagement. For example, on Performance end-user forms, the participant's photo now appears next to their name, personalizing the experience for end-users and managers. Also, when configuring Performance end-user forms, administrators can now insert videos in the Instructions sections making the process easier to follow and more seamless.
