PeopleFluent Introduces Latest Version of Recruiting Management Solution at Global User Conference WISDOM 2016
WALTHAM, Mass. – April 18, 2016 – PeopleFluent®, a leading cloud provider of social human capital management software, today announced strategic enhancements to its Talent Management Software Suite, including significant updates to its Recruiting Management software. These include major enhancements in mobile functionality, a more personalized user interface aimed at improving the user experience, updates to the solution’s analyst-recognized Mirror experience to facilitate workflow, and improved continuous sourcing for high-volume configurations.
PeopleFluent’s market-leading Recruiting Management solution continues to innovate with enhanced mobile functionality aimed at improving the user experience, while helping to reduce applicant drop off rates. Candidates can now upload a resume, cover letter, and other supporting documents using Google Drive, in addition to previously enhanced Dropbox functionality. The candidate can upload these documents from either the job application or their My Account pages. Recruiters and Hiring Managers can now keep their hiring processes moving anytime, anywhere, and from any device. This added functionality significantly improves recruiter speed and productivity.
PeopleFluent continues to enhance its user experience in each release. This new version includes updated configurable layouts so that each user can personalize their own user interface to fit their unique needs. In addition to the traditional default layout, users can also select up to four pre-configured layouts and modify them to construct a personalized workspace.
This new version also includes significant updates to the Mirror experience. Mirror users can now advance and disposition candidates directly from the Mirror candidate profile page. This allows Hiring Managers and Recruiters to actively move candidates through their recruiting workflow with ease. This update also makes the Recruiting Mirror an even more powerful tool for clients who have selected this functionality.
For clients who have a high-volume configuration, PeopleFluent has created new flexibility with the company’s continuous sourcing tool. This update gives high-volume clients the power to create, modify, and edit their own continuous sourcing searches, while providing a user-friendly interface that enables them to manage talent pool searches. In addition, clients can create multiple searches for a single requisition enabling clients to source ahead of need.
