PeopleFluent Showcases Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion Efforts with Key Product Enhancements, Thought-Leader Panel Discussion and Compelling Customer Breakout Sessions

WALTHAM, Mass.   • Refined Best Practices – The Company is working with its global customer base to refine best practices aimed at creating a more diverse workforce.
  • Improved Integration – PeopleFluent’s CAAMS platform seamlessly integrates and collects all demographic information and produces consolidated narrative integration, including Diversity Plans, Veterans and individuals with disabilities.
  • Enhanced Diversity Reporting – The Diversity Reporting Center now includes enhanced visual diversity scorecards to simplify tracking of diversity program progress across the entire Talent Management Lifecycle.
  • Advanced Compliance & Diversity Capabilities – PeopleFluent fully supports the new regulations, including the Veterans 4212 reporting, item 19 and Section 503 for individuals with disabilities.
  • Outreach Tracking Enhancements – These enhancements improve management of diversity outreach and sourcing activities across the enterprise, which greatly simplifies the tracking of activities, results, outreach effectiveness and investment.
