By downloading and/or using the Licensed Application, you agree and consent to the following Privacy Policy: Any personal data you enter through the Licensed Application will be stored on your device and will not be stored or accessed by us. Any personal data stored within your relevant instance of the NetDimensions LMS is stored in accordance with the privacy policy of the organization providing you with access to the NetDimensions LMS. We do use Microsoft Visual Studio App Center SDK – Analytics, to attach your NetDimensions LMS instance URL to tracking events for the purposes of providing us visibility as to which of our clients are using the Licensed Application, in which ways they are using the Licensed Application, and as such to determine how we may improve the Licensed Application and/or the services we are providing to our clients. No personal data is gathered by us however as part of this.
