PeopleFluent expands performance management offering with acquisition of Reflektive
RALEIGH, NC—January 20, 2021—PeopleFluent’s parent company, Learning Technologies Group plc, has announced its agreement to acquire Reflektive Inc, a leading performance management software provider.
Headquartered in San Francisco, Reflektive is a provider of performance management software, specializing in engagement and analytics tools. The complementary suite of capabilities will become part of PeopleFluent, integrating with its existing talent management portfolio. Reflektive’s solutions for 1:1 performance conversations, employee recognition, and employee engagement will expand upon the deep performance management process capabilities of PeopleFluent’s existing offering for large and small-to-medium-sized global organizations.
