Get More Control Over Competency Documentation

This version of PeopleFluent Learning allows organizations to document their employees’ competencies with even more precision. Administrators can assign completion dates according to the actual date that an employee meets the full requirements to earn a competency, rather than using the date and time when an instructor marks the requirements as “done.”

For example, an employee attends an in-person training on March 3rd and meets all requirements to earn a particular competency, but the instructor has multiple sessions to teach that week and enters everyone’s data into the LMS on March 10th. This can lead to inaccuracies in compliance reporting and open an organization up to potential risks.

PeopleFluent Learning allows clients to use course completion date information as the issue date for employees’ competencies, making compliance tracking more accurate and giving organizations greater control over their documentation process.

Standardize the Assessment Experience

The updated learning platform features a new exam header to ensure clients’ employees have a standard assessment experience. The new header appears on every assessment and includes a countdown timer in the upper right-hand corner. This feature helps users know what to expect regardless of which competency or skills assessment they’re taking.

The software also received various user interface updates that make the system even easier to use and navigate, enhancing clients’ overall LMS experience.
