PeopleFluent’s MD and VP of Talent Strategy Appointed to’s ‘The State of Internal Mobility, Succession, and Career Development 2021’ Advisory Board to Guide Research

PeopleFluent’s Managing Director and VP of Talent Solutions are among the HR professionals and thought leaders to have joined’s new advisory board on internal mobility, succession, and career development.

RALEIGH, NC—August 27, 2021—PeopleFluent’s Managing Director, Stephen Bruce, and VP, Talent Solutions Akash Savdharia, have been appointed to sit on’s 2021 ‘State of Internal Mobility, Succession, and Career Development’ research advisory board., which describes itself as the largest network of HR professionals, and its advisory board comprised of industry professionals, will provide knowledge, expertise, and help to global HR and people leaders. Stephen and Akash join a team of experts to solve some of the most pressing issues faced by the industry today and to forecast what’s next.

Working closely with’s HR Research Institute (HRRI), the board will guide primary research which will be published in a major HRRI report and will be further distilled into a two-page infographic. The results will also be featured at the complimentary virtual event, The State of Internal Mobility, Succession, and Career Development 2021 on November 17, 2021.

The state of the industry research will investigate several areas within career development, succession, and internal mobility to provide the HR community with a comprehensive picture of:

  • The challenges and benefits associated with increased internal mobility
  • How organizations cultivate cultures in which internal mobility is allowed and even encouraged
  • Emerging technologies and predictions about how the landscape will evolve over the next several years
  • How organizations that succeed in these areas tend to differ from those that do not
