PeopleFluent Reports Best Quarter in Company History With Nearly 30% in ARR Bookings Growth Year Over Year

CHICAGO – OCTOBER 9, 2012 – PeopleFluent, a leading Human Capital Management technology company, today reported record results and strong third quarter performance with a 28 percent increase in annual recurring revenue (ARR) year-over-year (excluding the most recent acquisitions of Aquire, Strategia and Socialtext). Despite a weakened global economy, the company realized significant growth in its EMEA operations with a 40 percent increase in total bookings in the first nine months of 2012, compared to the same period last year.

Fueling a strong third quarter, PeopleFluent saw early momentum in its Compensation product line, with 27 percent growth year-to-date, as customers plan ahead for their 2013 compensation cycles. The Company’s Vendor Management Solutions (VMS) business also recorded strong growth of 53 percent in the third quarter of this year, compared to the same quarter a year ago, benefiting from a shifting workforce landscape, which increasingly blends, manages and measures full-time, part-time and contingent laborers in a single employee population.
PeopleFluent was recognized in this quarter with selection as a top HR product of the year by Human Resource Executive® for its mobile applications and selection for the “Awesome New Technologies for HR” session at the HR Technology® Conference & Expo for its newest Social HCM Suite. With the expansion of its Social Suite, Peopleuent will, again, build a product from the ground up, which brings to life a social, mobile and visual analytics experience to meet employees when, where and how they want to engage.
Supporting the Company’s continued product innovation and ongoing market demand, PeopleFluent has hired more than 100 new employees in the last six months and expanded its sales force by 12.5 percent in the same period. The Company also fortified sales management with the addition of three Regional Vice Presidents and a Vice President of Strategic Accounts.
